As a key step in the implementation of the Strategy for the Harmonization of Statistics in Africa (SHaSA II), STATAFRIC is publishing the Guidelines on Migration and Displacement Statistics.
This document serves as the continental standard for National Statistical Offices, providing the methodologies needed to produce high-quality, comparable data. By adopting these guidelines, Member States contribute directly to the SHaSA II objective of harmonizing statistical standards to support African integration and the Agenda 2063 goals.
